Thursday was our 5 year anniversary. I can't believe it has been 5 years already! My husband was out of town for most of the day... but he gave me (as a b-day present too) a day at the spa.
It was pretty cool. I started with a Stone Crop Wrap. Stone Crop is some sort of hydrating serum. They oil you up and then wrap you up nice and tight. While you're wrapped you get a nice scalp and neck massage. Then after a while they unwrap you and let you shower off. When they come back in you get a nice arm/hand and foot/leg massage. I really enjoyed it.
After that I got a 75 min massage. I was so relaxed that I think I fell asleep for a while. It was nice to just lay there and let my mind wander.
Next I had a facial. I had never had one before so it was a new experience. Again I got a arm/hand, leg/foot, and scalp massage while the mask was on.
After that was a manicure and then a pedicure. It was a nice relaxing day. All in all I was there for about 7 hours. When I got out I found that my husband had already landed (he was out of town) and would be in the office for about an hour. I picked up M and by the time I got home, he was there. We went out to eat at Fazzoli's and then went to the mall for a bit.
I have such a sweet husband. I'm so glad we found each other.

It's always good that you daughter is being spoiled a little. Wow, 5 years... how the time flies. You two are a cute couple, and cute parents.
I have never done such a thing. I am glad you described it. It sounds heavenly! Congrats on your 5 years! that is amazing how it has flown by!
